Phonics and Reading 

Phonics and reading are one of the foundations of all education. An essential part of life which must be encouraged and developed, most children find the process challenging and at times frustrating to follow. At Chellaston Tutoring, we plan, teach and assess children's progress, identified children's areas of misconceptions, ultimately resulting in our students becoming successful readers. Lessons consist of individual teaching, written activities stimulating computer-based learning and homework. Homework is set to consolidate and extend knowledge and understanding.
